Eploy is a software product used by hundreds of companies to manage their recruitment.  Eploy acts as a data processor, providing storage of personal data to these companies, who are the data controllers of their applicants’ personal data. Eploy also provides technical support services to these companies, either direct to the company or in some cases to individual job applicants.

Please note that in each case, Eploy is a data processor and does not have access to company personal data and so cannot help applicants with any request to exercise their legal rights under data protection without the data controllers (the company’s) prior written authorisation or direction. We are also unable to help with any general recruitment queries other than technical support.

Eploy therefore advises you that if you wish to exercise your legal rights under data protection laws, you should first try to make your request via the company’s careers site (their privacy statement should provide contact details to help you). Importantly, it needs to be the privacy policy of the company you applied to and not ours (unless you have applied for a job directly with us).
